We specialize in selling high-quality and stylish activewear for women. Our top-selling products include the Active Wear Lightweight Fitness Shorts and the Adapt 2-In-1 Active Wear Pocket Shorts. These products offer optimal comfort, unrestricted movement, and superior moisture-wicking properties.

2. What is the delivery timeframe for my order?

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Can I request expedited shipping for my order?

We primarily use standard shipping methods for all orders. If you require expedited shipping or have specific shipping preferences, please contact us before placing your order.

4. How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

5. What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Please contact us for any return questions or concerns.

6. How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fitnezzzone.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20-22 Wenlock Road London, N17GU. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are currently not available in select stores. Please contact us for more information.

9. Do you offer refunds on sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
